As part of a newly expanding facility, you will contribute directly to launching and scaling operations in a new market. In this role, you will support daily warehouse and operational activities related to receiving, processing, quality control, and shipping.
- Open, sort, and organize incoming mail and submissions by service type.
- Match, count, and verify items, payments, labels, and submission details.
- Enter order information into internal systems and generate tracking or identification labels.
- Collaborate with customer service, sales, and operations teams to resolve order issues and support special requests.
- Assemble, encapsulate, inspect, and reseal collectible items according to operational procedures.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and defect-free processing.
- Package and prepare outgoing orders for shipment with correct carrier and labeling procedures.
- Support warehouse organization and participate in operational projects as needed.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics experience is considered an asset.
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs when required.
- Comfortable standing, sitting, bending, twisting, and using computers for extended periods.
- Competitive hourly compensation starting at approximately $18.00 CAD/hour.
