Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Manager based in the United States.
This is a 14-month contract role with potential to transition into a permanent position, joining a lean, high-output marketing team in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.
You’ll operate as a marketing generalist with a strong focus on product marketing, content, and go-to-market execution.
The role combines strategic messaging with hands-on creation across sales enablement, product launches, web content, social media, and customer stories.
Working closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Leadership, and Digital teams, you’ll turn complex technology into clear, compelling narratives for financial institutions.
You’ll have meaningful ownership over projects while coordinating multiple stakeholders and keeping initiatives moving against deadlines.
The position offers broad exposure to B2B SaaS marketing, fintech, and wealth management, with opportunities to work closely with senior leadership.
It’s an ideal opportunity for an adaptable marketer who enjoys variety, writing, collaboration, and making a visible impact in a high-growth environment.
- Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging for the platform, product features, and target customer segments, adapting messaging as market and product needs evolve.
- Translate complex product capabilities, customer insights, and technical concepts into compelling, buyer-focused narratives for financial institutions and wealth management organizations.
- Support product and feature launches from planning through execution, coordinating inputs from Product, Sales, Leadership, and Digital teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Create high-quality sales enablement materials, including one-pagers, case studies, battlecards, sales decks, and executive presentations.
- Write and manage content across blogs, website pages, case studies, onboarding materials, webinars, videos, social media, and other marketing channels.
- Partner with the digital team to execute content and campaign strategies, including drafting and publishing social content around launches, company news, and milestones.
- Develop customer stories and market-facing content that demonstrate product value and strengthen demand generation efforts.
- Monitor the wealth management and financial services landscape, identifying customer needs, market trends, competitive developments, and insights that can inform marketing and product strategy.
- Draft press releases and support media outreach, including coordinating with reporters and identifying relevant opportunities for external visibility.
- Coordinate multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously, ensuring stakeholders remain aligned and deliverables stay on schedule.
- Use AI-powered tools such as Claude and similar platforms to accelerate research and content production while applying strong editorial judgment to review, refine, and improve outputs.
- Take ownership of marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment, contributing to broader go-to-market priorities and helping strengthen the organization's marketing capabilities.
- 5+ years of marketing experience spanning content, product marketing, and go-to-market execution, ideally in a generalist marketing capacity rather than a narrowly specialized role.
- Proven experience supporting product launches and executing go-to-market initiatives in collaboration with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership teams.
- Strong ability to synthesize market and customer insights into clear, differentiated positioning and messaging.
- Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to produce persuasive and audience-appropriate content across sales enablement, web, social media, and communications channels.
- Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate marketing workflows, with the critical thinking and editorial judgment needed to validate, edit, and improve AI-generated content.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and keep several initiatives progressing toward deadlines.
- Experience working cross-functionally in a collaborative, high-growth environment.
- Ability to quickly understand technical or complex products and communicate their value effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ownership, initiative, adaptability, and comfort working with limited oversight in a small, high-output team.
- Prior experience in a B2B SaaS organization is strongly preferred.
- Experience in wealth management, financial services, or fintech is an advantage.
- Experience with press releases, media outreach, social media calendars, or content publishing is a plus.
- Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or similar design and content tools is beneficial.
- Experience with website maintenance or content management systems is a plus.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work unrestricted for an employer in the United States or Canada without sponsorship.
- 14-month full-time contract with potential to transition into a permanent position.
- Competitive compensation aligned with experience and responsibilities.
- Flexible and hybrid working environment with the ability to work remotely.
- Four weeks of vacation, plus a company-wide shutdown between Christmas and New Year.
- Comprehensive group health, dental, and vision coverage from the start of employment.
- Employee Stock Option Purchase Plan, providing an opportunity to participate in long-term company growth.
- High-visibility role with close collaboration with the executive team and meaningful influence over positioning and go-to-market initiatives.
- Broad professional development opportunities across product marketing, content, communications, and B2B SaaS.
- Collaborative, fast-paced culture where cross-functional teamwork and individual ownership are highly valued.
