This is an opportunity for an experienced marketing operations leader to build a high-performing center of excellence while directly influencing business growth and marketing impact.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the internal Marketing Center of Excellence, overseeing multidisciplinary professionals across creative, digital, campaign management, content, and media.
  • Manage the end-to-end production and delivery of digital, creative, content, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on schedule, aligned with brand standards, within approved budgets, and against agreed quality expectations.
  • Establish and improve standardized workflows, operating procedures, and production processes to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Conduct regular capacity and utilization analyses to anticipate workload peaks, balance resources, and optimize team allocation.
  • Develop capacity plans and adjust staffing and priorities in response to changing demand, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and market conditions.
  • Serve as a people leader by coaching, developing, and motivating a multidisciplinary team of marketing and creative professionals.
  • Establish operational targets, KPIs, and service-level expectations covering delivery timelines, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Own financial and performance accountability for the marketing function, including budgets, expenses, revenue or cost recoveries, and financial forecasting.
  • Help secure and manage marketing funding while ensuring resources are deployed effectively against business priorities.
  • Monitor campaign outcomes, ROI, operational performance, and financial results, providing clear reporting and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Partner closely with sales teams, vendor and supplier marketing organizations, and internal stakeholders to ensure services address business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and adapt operating strategies as business needs, funding levels, and demand patterns evolve.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree with approximately 12+ years of relevant professional experience, or an advanced degree with approximately 8+ years of relevant experience; equivalent experience may also be considered.
  • At least 8 years of experience in creative, digital, or integrated marketing environments.
  • Significant experience managing and developing large, multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced organization.
  • Background combining agency and/or corporate marketing experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience managing marketing operations with a data-driven and financially disciplined approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage marketing budgets, secure funding, oversee expenses, and evaluate financial performance.
  • Strong project and program management capabilities, including resource allocation, deadline management, workflow coordination, and delivery oversight.
  • Experience establishing KPIs, service-level agreements, operational targets, and performance reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to identify capacity constraints, improve processes, and guide decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders, sales teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
  • Ability to operate effectively amid changing priorities, fluctuating demand, market pressures, and evolving business requirements.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely while maintaining availability for occasional travel to a designated office location as requested.
Benefits:

  • Health Savings Account (HSA) and Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) options.
