This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Operations Manager based in the United States.
This role is responsible for optimizing the operational foundation that enables a high-performing sales organization to scale effectively.
You will own critical workflows across territory management, forecasting, reporting, compensation, and sales infrastructure.
Working closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Enablement, you will turn complex operational needs into scalable processes.
You will strengthen Salesforce hygiene, improve forecasting accuracy, and build reporting that gives leaders clear visibility into pipeline and performance.
The role also offers an opportunity to apply AI and automation to streamline workflows and enhance operational decision-making.
You will operate as a strategic partner to sales leadership while independently driving cross-functional projects from design through implementation.

- Own end-to-end territory management, including territory design, modeling, scoring, coverage analysis, and recommendations to revenue leadership.
- Build and maintain reporting infrastructure covering pipeline, compensation, sales performance, productivity, KPIs, and forecasting.
- Drive Salesforce pipeline hygiene through regular audits, process adherence, user training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Document and maintain Revenue Operations processes and standard operating procedures to promote consistency, scalability, and effective knowledge transfer.
- Lead process-improvement projects from initial scoping through implementation, ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively and independently.
- Partner with Sales Enablement to align operational processes, systems, and tools with the needs of the sales organization.
- Collaborate with Deal Desk to ensure consistent processes and tooling across Revenue Operations.
- Identify and implement AI-powered solutions to automate operational workflows and improve reporting, forecasting, and territory analysis.
- Partner with FP&A on quota-setting processes and attainment tracking.
- Ensure operational data, territory structures, compensation administration, and financial processes remain aligned to support accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Monitor and recommend SPIFs and other quota-related initiatives where appropriate.
- Partner directly with Sales leaders to support forecasting cadences, inspect pipeline health, identify risks, improve forecast accuracy, and reinforce sales process adherence.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
- 2+ years of experience focused on territory design, sales operations analytics, and compensation.
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce and Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales structures, compensation models, quotas, and revenue processes.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to turn operational data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Enablement, and other functions.
- Demonstrated ability to document processes and develop scalable reporting and operational infrastructure.
- Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to manage competing priorities and independently drive initiatives through completion.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments and influencing stakeholders toward process adoption and operational consistency.
- Proficiency with AI tools and an interest in applying automation to improve Revenue Operations workflows.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong ownership and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Base salary of $130,000–$160,000 USD, with the range varying based on location, experience, skills, training, certifications, and other relevant factors.
