  • Strengthen cybersecurity, data privacy, regulatory compliance, and technology risk management across multiple geographic markets.
  • Develop and execute a data strategy that improves business decision-making, product capabilities, customer insights, and operational efficiency.
  • Accelerate responsible adoption of AI and automation across products and internal operations while establishing appropriate data governance and controls.
  • Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives designed to modernize legacy systems, processes, and operating models.
  • Drive disciplined technology investment, cost management, and ROI-focused decision-making across Product, Engineering, IT, Data, and AI.
  • Build, lead, and develop high-performing global teams, including succession planning, leadership development, and organizational design.
  • Foster a culture centered on innovation, accountability, inclusion, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a strategic technology advisor to the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board, communicating product strategy, technology performance, risks, opportunities, and investment priorities.
  • Represent the organization externally with customers, partners, industry stakeholders, and technology communities.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience across Product Management and Engineering, including experience in executive-level technology or product leadership roles.
  • Proven track record leading end-to-end SaaS or enterprise platform organizations at global scale.
  • Experience overseeing both customer-facing products and internal IT or enterprise technology functions.
