- Champion the needs of sellers and creators internally, ensuring category growth remains authentic, community-driven, and commercially sustainable.
- Establish repeatable go-to-market and growth playbooks that can be scaled across categories and verticals.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, category management, marketplace growth, or a closely related go-to-market function.
- Experience working within consumer platforms, two-sided marketplaces, community-driven commerce, or similarly dynamic environments is strongly preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on execution mindset and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and lasting relationships with sellers, creators, influencers, community leaders, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, measure meaningful outcomes, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Deep understanding of cultural nuance, category communities, consumer behavior, and the trends that influence engagement and growth.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Existing relationships or networks within the relevant category, such as reseller, creator, influencer, or specialty retail communities, are a plus.
- Experience managing both supply- and demand-side marketplace dynamics is advantageous.
- Familiarity with creator monetization platforms, enthusiast ecosystems, CRM systems, sales pipelines, analytics dashboards, and seller performance metrics is preferred.
- Competitive compensation: Base salary range of $120,000–$130,000 in Colorado, with compensation varying by geography.
- Equity opportunities and potential discretionary bonuses.
- Healthcare benefits, including medical and dental coverage.
- Remote work: A remote-first environment offering flexibility in how and where you work within the United States.
- Opportunity to take significant ownership of an emerging category and directly influence its growth trajectory.
