*NOTE: This is a 6-month, temporary position. Title will be commensurate with experience.*

Job Summary:
The successful candidate will have hands-on experience designing and executing in vitro experiments to support the pre-clinical advancement of drug discovery projects.
Requirements:Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Independently perform in-vitro experiments with human PBMCs and cell lines, analyze data, and interpret and communicate results.
- Perform a variety of immunological and molecular biology techniques to support drug development, including reporter assays, Nanostring, ELISA, western blot, and qPCR.
- Work collaboratively within the Immunology group to validate compound efficacy.
- Experience with mammalian cell culture techniques, RNA isolation, and in validating and executing cellular assays to test the activity of compounds is highly desired.
Education and Experience requirements:
- BS with 6+ years or MS with 4+ years of industry experience (Prior experience in immunology-based projects strongly preferred).
- The successful candidate will have hands-on experience designing and executing in vitro experiments to support the pre-clinical advancement of drug discovery projects.

Pay:
The hourly pay for this position ranges from $38.00 to $48.00 depending on relevant skills, experience, and education.
