This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Partner Support Manager based in the United States.

This role provides payer relations expertise and consultative support to dental practices across a broad national network.
You will help optimize payer participation, reimbursement, revenue opportunities, and operational efficiency for assigned offices.
The position combines strategic analysis, contract negotiation, relationship management, and hands-on problem solving.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to dental practice leaders and internal teams, translating complex payer matters into actionable recommendations.
Success requires strong business judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
The role offers the opportunity to influence revenue performance while building lasting relationships across a collaborative healthcare organization.
This is a remote position with limited overnight travel required approximately one to two times per year.

Accountabilities
  • Conduct annual payer portfolio reviews for assigned dental practices and identify opportunities to optimize network participation and reimbursement.
  • Perform annual UCR fee reviews, using industry fee data to evaluate and calibrate practice cash fees.
  • Serve as an internal subject matter expert on payer relations, providing guidance and consultation to practices, credentialing teams, and central business operations.
  • Negotiate payer contracts and compensation arrangements, pursue member assignments, and evaluate potential new payer networks for operational consideration.
  • Research, investigate, and resolve payer-related issues on behalf of dental offices and internal stakeholders.
  • Promote operational efficiencies through solutions such as EDI, EFT, ERA, and payer web portals, supporting successful implementation and adoption.
  • Develop and deliver training for dental offices on payer relations topics, including leased and rental networks and strategies for maximizing PPO, DHMO, and EPO participation.
  • Coordinate patient grievance resolution and support the resolution of significant payer claims disputes when required.
  • Analyze payer and revenue information, develop action plans, project revenue streams, and provide strategic recommendations to senior leaders and dental practice owners.
  • Build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders while providing responsive, consultative, and customer-focused support.
  • Manage multiple priorities independently in a remote environment while maintaining accurate records, strong follow-up, and timely execution.
  • Perform additional payer relations and partner support responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
  • Associate degree preferred, with substantial relevant professional experience also valued.
  • 10+ years of dental office experience is highly preferred, particularly within payer relations, dental billing, or practice operations.
  • Strong knowledge of dental coding is required.
  • Demonstrated dental billing experience with working knowledge of PPO, DHMO, EPO, Medicare, and Medicaid models.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate information, identify trends, develop action plans, and make revenue-focused recommendations.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with senior leaders, dental professionals, payers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong consultative, customer service, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly and persuasively to both small and large groups.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the initiative to work independently and manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
  • Strong PC skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel capabilities for creating, manipulating, analyzing, and interpreting spreadsheets.
  • Familiarity with dental practice management systems such as Dentrix is a plus.
  • Comfortable working remotely and collaborating effectively across functions.
  • Willingness to travel overnight approximately 1–2 times per year.
Benefits
  • Remote work opportunity with flexibility to manage responsibilities independently.
  • Opportunity to support a large network of dental practices and influence payer strategy and revenue performance.
  • Collaborative environment with exposure to senior leadership, dental practice owners, payers, credentialing, and central business operations.
  • Professional opportunity to apply and expand expertise in dental payer relations, billing, contracting, and revenue optimization.
  • Limited overnight travel requirement of approximately 1–2 times per year.
  • Equal opportunity employment environment.
