  • Maintain and promote the employee referral program, including administration of referral bonus payouts.
  • Establish, document, and maintain recruiting policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Attend university events and conferences as needed, with approximately 20% travel required.
  • Provide regular updates to managers and leaders regarding open positions, recruiting challenges, candidate pipelines, offers, and other hiring metrics.
  • Monitor and communicate key recruiting performance indicators, including openings, fills, pending offers, and time-to-fill.
  • Partner with onboarding teams to support a smooth and engaging experience for new hires.
  • Share process feedback and document recruitment changes for Talent, HR Business Partners, and hiring stakeholders.
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives and contribute to continuous improvements across the talent acquisition function.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling candidate and employee information and ensure sensitive data is appropriately protected.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 4–6 years of recruiting experience, preferably within healthcare and/or physical therapy environments.
  • Demonstrated experience interviewing, assessing candidates, and supporting or negotiating employment offers.
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, with the ability to maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting data.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, recruitment marketing, employer branding, employee referrals, and candidate engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with hiring managers, interview teams, candidates, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify challenges and provide practical recruiting solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple open positions and competing priorities.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Collaborative, transparent, results-oriented approach with strong teamwork skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a willingness to receive feedback, learn, and continuously improve.
