You will help coordinate the recruiting lifecycle, from job postings and candidate communication through interviews and pre-employment requirements.
The role offers broad exposure to recruiting operations while partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, HR teams, and candidates.
You will play an important role in keeping hiring workflows organized, timely, and candidate-friendly.
Success in this position requires strong organization, communication, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately.
The environment is collaborative and performance-focused, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and recruiting efficiency.

Accountabilities
  • Post and maintain job openings across internal and external recruiting platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Support recruiters with candidate sourcing, resume screening, initial outreach, and other recruiting activities as needed.
  • Coordinate interviews and hiring activities among candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and HR stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, workflow statuses, scheduling information, and documentation within the ATS.
  • Communicate consistently and professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and helping deliver a positive candidate experience.
  • Assist with pre-employment activities such as background checks, licensing reviews, and onboarding-related requirements.
  • Build effective working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers across multiple teams to ensure smooth internal communication.
  • Prepare recruiting activity reports and metrics to monitor candidate movement and support hiring decisions.
  • Stay informed about recruiting tools, trends, and practices and contribute ideas that improve workflow efficiency.
  • Provide additional administrative and recruiting support as required to help the Talent Acquisition team meet its goals.
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting support, HR administration, or a similar fast-paced professional environment.
  • Familiarity with recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems; experience with Jobvite is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional, courteous approach to candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong customer-service mindset with a genuine interest in creating positive candidate and employee experiences.
  • High attention to detail when handling scheduling, candidate data, documentation, and recruiting workflows.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive candidate and employee information appropriately.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
  • Reliable high-speed internet suitable for remote work is required, with Ethernet connectivity and minimum speeds appropriate to the level of usage.
Benefits
  • Hourly compensation generally ranging from $23–$33 per hour, depending on applicable factors and location.
  • Fully remote work within the United States.
  • 401(k) plan.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Life and disability insurance.
  • Paid time off and 12 paid holidays per year.
  • Paid training and professional development opportunities.
  • Employee discounts.
  • Referral program and potential referral bonuses.
  • Supportive, collaborative work environment with opportunities to grow within recruiting and HR operations.
