D2C Fulfillment Coordinator in Oakville, Ontario at Precision Record Pressing Inc

Responsibilities

• Use custom ERP system, Microsoft Excel, and shipping carrier web portals to set up and process D2C pre-order campaigns
• Review, validate, and refine D2C shipment address information
• Identify and resolve shipping data issues with customers
• Prepare D2C work order documentation for the packaging department
• Work in coordination with packaging department to ensure completion and organization of projects
• Coordinate D2C shipment logistics with the shipping department
• Serve as the primary client liaison for updates and troubleshooting, ensuring seamless communication, accurate order management, and prompt issue resolution
• Collaborate with PRP shipping teams and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve issues
• Work with the Indie Business Development Manager and logistics department to refine and enhance workflow and processes
• Work with the accounting team to ensure accurate billing for D2C pre-order fulfillment services
• Resolve claims, including replacing damaged/missing product, and manage claims inventory
• Perform other related shipping duties as assigned, or as the situation dictates

Physical Demands

• Hybrid position that involves both office work and physical labour. Majority of role (¾ or more of shift) will be office based which requires the ability to operate standard office equipment. Involves substantially repetitive movements of the arms, wrists, hands and/or fingers.
• Requires sitting at desk ¾ or more of day, walking short distances for less than ¼ of day.
• Required to have visual acuity to perform activities including but not limited to analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer screen, extensive reading.
• Must be able to carry, lift, push or pull up to 25 lbs. intermittently throughout the shift
• Engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing and pulling of parts and part containers
• Due to the open environment of the warehouse, must be able to work in various weather condition

Requirements/Qualifications

• 1-2 years of fulfillment, warehouse, or shipping experience required
• Strong customer service background required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Business Suite required
• Experience with online shipping platforms for managing D2C logistics is an asset
• Strong team player with the ability to work well with others and be collaborative in a team atmosphere.
• Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Must have strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly analytical thinker with very strong problem-solving skills
• Must be willing to work additional hours as business needs require.
• Demonstrated commitment to accuracy, efficiency, organization, and managing multiple projects while meeting departmental goals and deadlines
