- Identify, qualify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with OEMs, systems integrators, distributors, consultants, and industrial end users.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic customers and channel partners, acting as a trusted commercial and technical resource.
- Present networking solutions through customer meetings, product demonstrations, technical presentations, trade shows, site visits, and industry events.
- Maintain strong knowledge of industrial networking technologies and the broader product portfolio to identify solutions aligned with customer requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and other internal teams to develop tailored solutions, support complex opportunities, and facilitate effective post-sale engagement.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, forecasts, and activity reports to support effective commercial planning and decision-making.
- Monitor customer, competitor, and market trends to identify emerging opportunities and strengthen the national sales strategy.

- Bring 10+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably involving national accounts, OEMs, industrial technology, datacenters, security, or network infrastructure.
- Demonstrate a strong record of consistently achieving sales quotas, generating new business, and increasing revenue or market share.
- Possess solid knowledge of industrial Ethernet and networking technologies, including Ethernet, fiber optics, PoE, and wireless solutions.
- Have experience selling through or directly to systems integrators, distributors, consultants, and/or industrial end users.
- Demonstrate strong consultative sales, prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management capabilities.
- Be comfortable translating technical product capabilities into compelling business value and customer outcomes.
- Bring experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or comparable systems.
- Demonstrate strong commercial judgment, self-motivation, organization, and the ability to manage a national sales territory independently.
- Be willing and able to travel regionally at approximately 50%+ to support customers, channel partners, events, and site visits.
- A background in industrial automation technologies is advantageous.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Bring a customer-centric, resilient, collaborative, and growth-oriented approach to complex B2B sales environments.
- Competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives.
- Comprehensive benefits designed to support professional and personal well-being.
- Opportunities to work with industry experts and innovative technologies serving mission-critical environments.
- Professional development opportunities, including training, mentorship, and industry events.
- Meaningful opportunities to influence revenue growth, customer relationships, and market expansion.
- Exposure to diverse industries including datacenters, transportation, critical infrastructure, manufacturing, and security.
- A dynamic, forward-thinking environment that values innovation, customer focus, resilience, and collaboration.
- Significant autonomy and the opportunity to build and manage strategic national accounts.
