Accountabilities

  • Develop processes, documentation, and best practices that improve operational efficiency and raise performance standards across the broader team.
  • Use attribution platforms, analytics tools, and data visualization solutions to inform strategy and support sound business decisions.
  • Incorporate AI-powered tools where appropriate to improve productivity, reporting efficiency, analysis, and strategic decision-making.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, user acquisition, digital marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 2–3 years of experience leading client strategy, owning accounts, and managing or mentoring teams.
  • Experience managing $1M+ in annual media spend or an equivalent level of portfolio responsibility.
  • Demonstrated success growing revenue, client spend, portfolio value, or other meaningful commercial outcomes.
  • Strong experience presenting performance results and strategic recommendations to executive and senior stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing metrics, including CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention, incrementality, and attribution.
  • Hands-on experience building or managing campaigns across platforms such as Apple Search Ads, Meta, Google App Campaigns, or comparable advertising platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging and recommendations to different audiences.
  • Strong ownership, follow-through, organization, and attention to detail in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Experience with App Store Optimization, app store analytics, mobile conversion optimization, or enterprise client engagements is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with app store creative testing, conversion optimization, or mobile growth technologies is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop practical plans, programs, and recommendations for diverse stakeholders.
  • Confidence presenting to C-level audiences and connecting marketing activity to broader commercial objectives.
  • Experience using AI tools for professional or personal productivity, analysis, or experimentation is a plus, along with a willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.
Benefits
  • Starting base salary of $130,000–$145,000 USD per year, depending on relevant skills, experience, market conditions, and location.
  • Stock options, providing an opportunity to participate in the organization's long-term success.
  • Competitive medical, dental, and vision insurance options for employees and eligible dependents.
  • Flexible time off, company-paid holidays, paid parental leave, and paid volunteer time off.
  • Mental health and wellness resources designed to support overall wellbeing.
  • Employer-subsidized life insurance and short-term and long-term disability coverage.
  • Flexible, digital-first working environment with a monthly stipend to support remote work.
  • Mentorship, learning, and professional development opportunities.
