Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Growth Marketer, Lead Generation based in the United States.
This role is focused on turning strong product engagement into qualified sales opportunities through data-driven growth marketing.
You will own lead generation strategy across web, email, paid media, search, and in-product experiences.
The position combines hands-on campaign execution with experimentation, analytics, regional outreach, and conversion strategy.
You will use real product and district usage signals to identify when prospects are ready to engage more deeply and build campaigns around those moments.
You will also shape SEO, AI-powered search visibility, competitor strategy, and scalable marketing infrastructure.
Working closely with Growth, Product Marketing, Retention, Revenue Operations, and Sales teams, you will connect user engagement with measurable pipeline growth.
This is an ideal opportunity for a data-oriented builder who enjoys moving quickly, testing new ideas, and creating marketing programs from the ground up.
- Own end-to-end lead generation strategy across web, email, paid social, Google Ads, and other relevant channels, including campaign development, quality assurance, monitoring, optimization, and performance reporting.
- Co-own in-product lead generation initiatives, including the development and optimization of banners, interstitials, and other conversion experiences.
- Manage key components of the marketing technology stack, including website and content-management platforms, while ensuring campaigns and landing pages function effectively.
- Develop targeted regional and data-driven outreach strategies using district and product usage signals to identify high-potential prospects.
- Build usage-based campaigns that respond to meaningful conversion signals and move engaged schools and districts toward sales conversations.
- Establish and evolve SEO and AEO strategies to improve visibility among educators and district leaders across traditional search and AI-powered answer engines.
- Translate competitor intelligence into comparison pages, targeted email campaigns, and other prospect-facing assets that strengthen conversion efforts.
- Partner with Growth, Product Marketing, Retention, Revenue Operations, and Sales teams to develop coordinated lead-generation campaigns and improve the transition from free-user engagement to paid opportunities.
- Collaborate on conference and regional initiatives designed to generate qualified leads and expand market reach.
- Work with Revenue Operations to ensure CRM and marketing automation infrastructure, including forms, lead scoring, workflows, lists, and routing, supports campaign goals.
- Establish lead targets and regularly analyze performance across web traffic, email, paid media, social channels, organic search, and AI-search visibility.
- Apply a continuous experimentation mindset, identifying successful approaches, retiring underperforming initiatives, and testing new channels, messages, and conversion strategies.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 4–7 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to use data and product-usage signals to identify conversion opportunities and influence pipeline generation is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation/CRM platform, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Experience with Webflow or a comparable website and landing-page development platform.
- Experience using analytics platforms such as PostHog and Looker, or comparable tools.
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and familiarity with emerging AEO and AI-search concepts is preferred.
- Experience building and interpreting spreadsheet-based reports, including data exports from usage and CRM platforms.
- Experience creating competitor-facing content such as comparison pages and competitive email campaigns is a plus.
- Familiarity with LLM tools is preferred, with experience using Claude particularly valuable.
- Comfortable learning and using tools such as Salesforce, Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable campaigns and decisions.
- Builder's mindset with enthusiasm for creating new marketing motions rather than simply maintaining established programs.
- Strong bias toward action, experimentation, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, collaboration, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to receive feedback, adapt quickly, and support additional projects when needed.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Comfortable working primarily at a desk and computer for extended periods.
- Annual salary of $105,000–$115,000, commensurate with experience.
- Remote-first work environment with flexible work options.
- Health, dental, and vision insurance.
- HSA and FSA options, including Medical FSA, Limited FSA, and Dependent Care FSA.
- Company-sponsored basic life insurance and supplemental life insurance options.
- Legal insurance.
- 401(k) retirement plan with a 4% safe-harbor employer match.
- Home-office setup stipend and other remote-work support.
- Access to employee discounts, including pet insurance and hotel booking discounts.
- 16 paid holidays annually, plus 2 floating holidays.
- Paid time off accruals and sick leave.
- Paid family leave, including caregiver and medical leave, plus 12 weeks of paid parental leave.

- Collaborative remote culture designed to support work-life balance and employee well-being.
