- Collaborate with internal business units and customer-facing teams to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, execution quality, and overall account performance.
- Provide input into pricing, resource allocation, deal reviews, sales planning, and account investment decisions.
- Serve as a customer advocate internally, ensuring customer feedback and priorities are communicated effectively across the organization.
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience with a proven ability to manage complex technology accounts and consistently deliver against sales targets.

- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives, including CIO, CTO, and C-level stakeholders.
- Exceptional strategic planning, business acumen, sales execution, negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to lead dispersed and cross-functional teams within a complex, matrixed organization without requiring direct managerial authority.
- Strong understanding of IT industry trends and the ability to translate technology developments into meaningful customer and business outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to customers, partners, executives, and internal stakeholders.
