The Manager, Enterprise Applications will lead the strategy, administration, and continuous improvement of a broad enterprise application ecosystem supporting critical business functions.
This role serves as the technical owner for platforms across HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, IT Service Management, and contract operations.
You will partner with business leaders to translate organizational needs into scalable technology solutions, roadmaps, and process improvements.
The position combines hands-on platform ownership, team leadership, vendor management, and enterprise systems optimization.
You will drive automation, integration, and AI-enabled initiatives that improve operational efficiency and enhance the employee experience.

The Manager, Enterprise Applications is responsible for overseeing enterprise systems strategy, platform operations, integrations, and team execution while ensuring technology solutions align with business objectives.
- Serve as the primary IT and technical owner for major enterprise platforms, including HR, Finance, CRM, IT service management, contract lifecycle management, and productivity applications.
- Partner with business stakeholders across HR, Finance, Commercial, Marketing, and Operations to understand needs, define priorities, and deliver effective technology solutions.
- Own platform roadmaps by gathering stakeholder requirements, prioritizing enhancements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage Workday HCM and Financials environments, including reporting, integrations, financial workflows, payroll processes, planning tools, and automation initiatives.
- Oversee Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud solutions, integrations, DevOps processes, and release management.
- Administer and optimize IT service management platforms, including ticketing workflows, service catalogs, self-service automation, and AI-powered support capabilities.
- Manage enterprise application integrations, ensuring reliable data flows, API connections, and operational consistency across systems.
- Own contract lifecycle management platforms, including contract repositories, approval workflows, compliance processes, and integration points.
- Support AI initiatives across enterprise applications by evaluating emerging technologies, supporting adoption, and identifying opportunities for automation.
- Manage vendor relationships, including contract renewals, performance reviews, negotiations, and ongoing service quality.
- Lead and develop a team of technical professionals, providing direction, coaching, prioritization, and support for complex application initiatives.
- Act as an escalation point for enterprise application issues, security concerns, vendor challenges, and cross-functional technology needs.
- Establish governance processes for application changes, integrations, documentation, and operational communication.
- Support business continuity initiatives, client transition processes, and technology improvements that enhance organizational performance.
The ideal candidate brings strong enterprise application expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to connect business objectives with technology solutions.
- 7+ years of experience managing, administering, and supporting enterprise applications such as Workday, Salesforce, Freshworks, or similar platforms.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and developing application support or engineering professionals.
- Strong background in enterprise systems management, application integrations, and technology roadmap development.
- Experience managing platforms across multiple business functions, including HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, or Operations.
- Knowledge of contract lifecycle management solutions such as Evisort, DocuSign, or comparable platforms is preferred.
- Experience with vendor management, contract negotiations, renewals, and third-party technology relationships.
- Understanding of data architecture concepts, system integrations, APIs, and enterprise application ecosystems.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to business audiences.
- Experience supporting automation and AI-enabled technology initiatives is preferred.
- Healthcare, revenue cycle management, or regulated industry experience is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Workday certifications, ITIL Foundation, or PMP are preferred.
- Competitive annual salary range of $125,000 - $150,000, depending on experience, skills, certifications, and location.
