Channel Performance Lead (MarketPoint)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Channel Performance Lead (MarketPoint) based in United States.

The Channel Performance Lead plays a critical role in driving business performance through analytics, reporting, and strategic insights for a designated sales channel.
This position partners with leadership teams to transform performance data into actionable recommendations that improve decision-making and operational outcomes.
The role combines analytical expertise with strong business judgment, helping leaders identify opportunities, address challenges, and strengthen accountability.
You will develop performance reporting frameworks, analyze trends, and communicate insights that connect frontline activities with broader business objectives.
Working cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Data & Analytics, and business stakeholders, you will help improve visibility and consistency across performance management processes.

Accountabilities:

The Channel Performance Lead is responsible for managing performance insights, reporting processes, and strategic analysis to support channel leadership and business growth. This role serves as a trusted advisor by translating complex data into clear recommendations, enabling leaders to make informed decisions and improve operational performance.

  • Own performance reporting and analytics for an assigned sales channel, including KPI monitoring, trend analysis, and business outcome measurement.
  • Identify performance risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities while providing actionable recommendations to leadership teams.
  • Develop a deep understanding of operational drivers, productivity metrics, and performance levers within the assigned channel.
  • Serve as a strategic performance partner to channel leaders by delivering insights that support business priorities.
  • Create recurring reports, scorecards, dashboards, and executive-level business review materials.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis to explain performance fluctuations and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear business narratives and recommendations for stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Support the creation and evolution of KPI frameworks, reporting standards, and performance management methodologies.
  • Prepare insights and presentations for leadership meetings, operational reviews, and strategic discussions.
  • Partner with leaders to develop data-driven action plans and track progress against performance improvement initiatives.
  • Support forecasting, target-setting, incentive measurement, and performance planning activities.
  • Analyze agent, market, and channel-level trends to inform strategic and operational decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting automation, data accessibility, and performance visibility.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams and business partners to enhance performance measurement capabilities.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate has experience in business analytics, performance management, operations, finance, or strategy roles, with the ability to analyze complex information and communicate insights effectively. They are comfortable working in a dynamic environment and influencing stakeholders across teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business analytics, performance management, operations, finance, strategy, or similar disciplines.
  • Proven experience analyzing performance metrics and presenting insights to leadership teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience developing and maintaining dashboards, scorecards, and performance reporting solutions.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and other reporting or data visualization tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment without direct authority.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect analytics with operational outcomes.
  • Experience supporting forecasting, target-setting, incentive measurement, or performance planning processes is preferred.
  • Knowledge of sales performance measurement, productivity management, or channel analytics is a plus.
  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, Medicare Advantage, or other regulated industries is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to evolving business needs.
