Accountabilities:

The Content Marketing Lead will be responsible for creating high-quality marketing content that supports customer engagement, brand growth, and sales objectives. This role requires strong storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining consistency across communication channels.

  • Develop compelling, on-brand messaging and content for marketing initiatives, including websites, email campaigns, social media, brochures, flyers, advertisements, and special projects.
  • Write, edit, and proofread marketing materials while maintaining excellent grammar, clarity, and alignment with editorial standards.
  • Create content that communicates product value, differentiates solutions in the market, and supports customer buying journeys.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, campaign teams, product management, design, and other stakeholders to align content with go-to-market strategies.
  • Adapt messaging and content formats based on channel requirements, audience expectations, and campaign objectives.
  • Develop value-driven content that supports inbound marketing efforts and strengthens customer relationships.
  • Build strong knowledge of products, customer needs, industry trends, education developments, and marketing best practices.
  • Champion brand voice and contribute creative ideas that improve marketing effectiveness and overall communication impact.
  • Analyze campaign performance, participate in reviews, and apply insights to optimize future content strategies.
  • Use approved AI tools responsibly to support research, ideation, and content development while ensuring accuracy, originality, quality, and brand consistency.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced marketing professional with strong writing expertise, creative problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. They should be comfortable managing multiple priorities, collaborating across teams, and producing impactful content in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Writing, English, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 5–7 years of experience creating marketing content within a corporate, commercial, or agency environment.
  • Proven experience developing content across multiple channels, including digital/web, email, social media, print, paid media, and video.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging, audience-focused messaging.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining consistent voice across marketing materials.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with marketing, product, design, and cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-first mindset with curiosity and enthusiasm for understanding audiences and market needs.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while actively contributing to team collaboration.
  • Ability to leverage AI-assisted tools responsibly while maintaining ownership of final content quality and accuracy.
