This role is designed for a strategic and consultative sales professional focused on high-value outbound prospecting and engagement with C-level executives in technology-driven companies. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying international expansion opportunities, translating complex topics such as taxation, compliance, and global structuring into high-value business conversations. The environment is highly intellectual, performance-oriented, and focused on quality over volume. You will act as a trusted advisor in the early stages of the sales cycle, ensuring only highly qualified opportunities reach senior consultants. This is a role for someone who thrives in complex B2B sales, values strategic outreach, and wants to build authority in global business expansion topics.
- Develop and execute strategic outbound prospecting initiatives targeting export-ready companies in sectors such as SaaS, software, and technology.
- Engage C-level executives (CEOs, CFOs, founders) through personalized outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone, focusing on relevance and business intelligence.
- Apply social selling techniques to build authority and credibility in international expansion and cross-border business topics.
- Conduct deep qualification of leads, understanding business challenges related to taxation, compliance, and international operations.
- Schedule high-quality meetings for senior consultants, ensuring strong commercial and technical fit.
- Maintain and manage CRM (HubSpot) with discipline, using it as a strategic tool for pipeline visibility and optimization.
- Continuously refine outreach strategies based on market insights and performance data.
- Proven experience in complex B2B sales, preferably in high-ticket, consultative, and long-cycle environments.
- Advanced or fluent English (mandatory) for international communication and outreach.
- Strong knowledge of consultative sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, or BANT.
- Hunter mindset with strong focus on outbound prospecting, qualification, and meeting generation.
- Ability to communicate confidently and persuasively with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
- Strong organizational skills and discipline in managing CRM tools and sales pipelines.
