This is a field-based commercial role focused on strengthening brand presence and generating demand within the automotive aftermarket sector. You will operate directly in the field, visiting auto centers, workshops, distributors, and auto parts retailers to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities. The role combines sales promotion, technical product understanding, and customer engagement, requiring frequent interaction with clients across your assigned region. You will also be responsible for capturing market insights and recording key information in CRM systems to support strategic decision-making. Working closely with internal teams, you will contribute to campaign execution, product feedback loops, and regional growth initiatives. This is a dynamic, hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys field work, relationship building, and achieving measurable commercial impact.
You will be responsible for driving field sales activities, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring accurate market and client data reporting to support business growth.
- Conduct regular field visits to auto centers, workshops, distributors, and auto parts retailers
- Promote brand presence and stimulate product demand across the assigned region
- Support and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities at distributor and customer level
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing engagement and support
- Record visits, opportunities, and market insights in CRM systems accurately and consistently
- Provide feedback on product performance, customer needs, and market trends
- Support technical assessments of automotive parts and suspension-related products when required
- Assist in evaluating product returns, warranty cases, and related field issues
- Participate in regional meetings, training sessions, and sales alignment initiatives
- Support additional field actions such as activations, campaigns, and promotional events
You are a proactive and field-oriented sales professional with automotive market knowledge and strong relationship-building skills.
- Experience in sales, field marketing, or B2B commercial roles (automotive or similar sectors preferred)
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts, especially suspension systems
- Experience using CRM systems for customer management and visit planning
- Intermediate Excel skills and ability to analyze customer and market data
- Ability to plan and organize field visit routes and commercial activities
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented mindset
- High school diploma required; technical or higher education in business or mechanics is a plus
- Basic English knowledge
- Availability for travel within the assigned region
- Residence in Minas Gerais, preferably Belo Horizonte region
- Monthly salary: R$ 3,000.00
