This role sits at the intersection of creativity, operations, and artificial intelligence, focused on transforming how modern marketing and content production teams work. You will partner directly with creative, design, and production teams to redesign workflows using AI-powered tools and automation. Your work will directly impact how quickly and efficiently large-scale creative content is produced, without compromising quality or brand consistency. Operating in a fast-paced, global environment, you will embed yourself within creative teams to identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and implement scalable AI-driven solutions. You will also play a key role in configuring and integrating creative AI platforms into existing ecosystems, ensuring seamless collaboration across tools and teams. Beyond implementation, you will drive adoption by training teams, supporting change management, and helping organizations fully unlock the value of AI in creative operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing creative workflows and enabling AI-powered transformation across marketing and content production teams.
- Analyze and optimize end-to-end creative workflows to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
- Design and implement AI-enhanced workflows to improve speed, scalability, and content production efficiency.
- Collaborate with creative, design, and production teams to translate operational needs into AI-driven solutions.
- Configure and customize AI creative tools and platforms to align with brand guidelines and workflows.
- Build and maintain automated content production pipelines using AI and workflow automation tools.
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure quality, consistency, and responsible use of AI-generated content.
- Lead integration of creative tools with broader ecosystems such as DAMs, CMS, and collaboration platforms.
- Drive continuous improvement by monitoring performance and optimizing operational workflows.
- Support adoption through training, enablement programs, and hands-on guidance for creative teams.
The ideal candidate combines creative operations expertise with strong knowledge of AI tools, workflow design, and change management in marketing or production environments.
- 3–5 years of experience in creative operations, production management, or workflow optimization.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end content creation and creative production pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Typeface, Pencil, GenStudio or similar).
- Experience designing and implementing workflow improvements in creative or marketing environments.
- Knowledge of creative ecosystems including DAM, CMS, and project management tools.
- Proven experience in change management and technology adoption within creative teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to define KPIs, measure performance, and communicate operational impact.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and training skills.
