This role is focused on managing and growing strategic client relationships within a fast-scaling, tech-driven environment. You will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, ensuring strong engagement, long-term satisfaction, and consistent revenue growth. Operating in a fully remote, international setup, you will work closely with decision-makers across different markets, adapting your approach to local dynamics and business needs. The position combines consultative sales, relationship management, and performance-driven execution, with clear accountability for results. You will play a key role in identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts while maintaining a high level of client trust. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth through proactive engagement and consultative selling. Your key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with store managers and key decision-makers
- Delivering product demonstrations and presentations to support client understanding and adoption
- Identifying upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets and defined KPIs
- Tracking, analyzing, and reporting sales activities, pipeline progress, and market insights
- Adapting sales strategies based on customer needs and local market conditions
- Representing the organization professionally in all client interactions and negotiations
This role requires a strong commercial background with proven success in account management or B2B sales, ideally in fast-paced or tech-enabled environments. You should be comfortable working independently in a remote setup while maintaining strong client relationships. Key requirements include:
- 3+ years of successful experience in sales or account management, preferably B2B
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with CRM systems and digital sales tools
- Ability to build trust and influence decision-makers remotely
- Strong organizational skills with a results-oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required with relevant experience
