This role is a key driver of growth within a fast-scaling AI-driven platform focused on DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and observability. You will be responsible for building and optimizing a full-funnel demand generation engine that attracts, engages, and converts technical and executive buyers. Operating in a highly dynamic environment, you will design and execute multi-channel campaigns that directly impact pipeline creation and revenue growth. The position combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across inbound, outbound, paid, and account-based marketing channels. You will also leverage AI tools as a core part of your workflow to accelerate campaign development, personalization, and performance optimization. - Own and execute a full-funnel demand generation strategy across inbound, outbound, paid media, SEO/AEO, ABM, and lifecycle marketing channels to generate and accelerate pipeline.
- Design and run multi-channel campaigns targeting technical and executive personas, including engineers, DevOps teams, and senior decision-makers.
- Manage paid acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn and other platforms), including targeting, budgeting, performance tracking, and optimization.
- Develop and optimize inbound and nurture programs, including email sequences, landing pages, content distribution, and lead re-engagement workflows.
- Partner with sales, RevOps, and marketing teams to align campaigns with pipeline goals and ensure strong conversion performance across the funnel.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, run A/B testing, and continuously optimize based on ROI, attribution, and pipeline contribution.
- Leverage AI tools to automate, scale, and improve campaign creation, content generation, personalization, and reporting processes.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing roles with ownership of multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong understanding of DevOps, cloud-native, SRE, platform engineering, or technical B2B ecosystems.
- Experience engaging both technical audiences (engineers, architects) and executive stakeholders (CTOs, VPs of Engineering).
- Hands-on experience with demand generation channels including SEO/AEO, paid media, ABM, outbound campaigns, and lifecycle marketing.
- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Experience working with paid advertising platforms like LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with intent and technographic data tools (e.g., 6sense, Bombora, G2).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure performance, optimize funnels, and improve ROI.
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance marketing workflows and campaign execution.
- Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
