This role is focused on leading the strategic and operational presence of multiple clients across social media platforms, transforming business goals into measurable digital impact. You will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing content strategies that strengthen brand presence, engagement, and performance across different channels. Working in a dynamic agency environment, you will operate at the intersection of creativity, analytics, and execution, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality campaigns. The position requires strong multitasking skills, as you will handle multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining excellence in content, reporting, and community management. You will collaborate closely with internal teams such as design, media, and account management to ensure alignment and efficiency across projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing social media operations end-to-end, from strategy development to execution, optimization, and reporting across multiple client accounts.
- Manage and configure social media accounts across multiple platforms, ensuring proper setup and optimization.
- Develop content strategies, editorial calendars, and posting schedules aligned with each client’s objectives and audience.
- Create, adapt, and coordinate content production in collaboration with design and creative teams.
- Execute daily publishing, reposting, audience interaction, and community engagement activities.
- Monitor performance metrics and develop detailed reports with insights, recommendations, and strategic guidance.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and performance benchmarks.
- Manage social media campaigns, including boosting and paid amplification in coordination with media teams.
- Participate in client presentations, meetings, and performance reviews, ensuring clear communication of results.
- Handle multiple accounts simultaneously, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Identify opportunities for engagement growth, brand positioning, and new business development.
- Monitor and manage online interactions, including crisis communication when necessary.
This position requires strong experience in social media management, content strategy, and digital marketing operations within a fast-paced agency environment.
- Experience in social media management, preferably in advertising or digital marketing agencies.
- Strong understanding of major platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, Pinterest, and Google Business Profile.
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing principles and advanced understanding of marketing strategy.
- Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools such as Reportei, mLabs, Google Analytics, and Excel.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging across different audiences and platforms.
- Experience with content creation and editing tools such as Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, and similar platforms.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and other content-generation or productivity platforms is a plus.
- Experience with paid media platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
