This role is a high-impact leadership position responsible for shaping and scaling a centralized user acquisition function across multiple digital products. You will define the global paid acquisition strategy, overseeing performance across major platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and others, while ensuring efficiency, scalability, and strong ROI. Acting as both a strategic leader and hands-on operator, you will unify acquisition efforts across teams, drive experimentation, and optimize full-funnel performance. You will also manage and mentor a distributed team of UA specialists, building a high-performance culture grounded in data, accountability, and continuous improvement. Working closely with product, creative, and analytics teams, you will help align growth strategy with business outcomes. This is a fast-paced, data-driven environment where your decisions will directly influence revenue growth and product scaling.
You will be responsible for building and leading a centralized, high-performance user acquisition organization that drives scalable growth across multiple products and channels.
- Define and own the end-to-end user acquisition strategy across all paid channels and platforms
- Build and lead a centralized UA department supporting multiple subscription-based products
- Develop scalable processes, SOPs, testing frameworks, and performance reporting systems
- Set and manage department-wide and individual KPIs/OKRs aligned with business goals
- Lead, mentor, and develop a distributed team of UA Managers across different product teams
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management within the UA function
- Manage large-scale advertising budgets, optimizing CAC, ROAS, and overall efficiency
- Design growth strategies based on LTV, retention, conversion, and monetization metrics
- Own the experimentation roadmap, including A/B testing, creative iteration, and channel scaling
- Partner with data teams to improve attribution models and performance analytics
- Collaborate with product and creative teams to align acquisition strategies and ad production
- Manage relationships with key advertising platforms, vendors, and external partners
You are a highly experienced performance marketing leader with a strong analytical mindset and a proven track record of scaling user acquisition at global level.
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing and user acquisition
- At least 3+ years in a senior leadership role managing UA teams at scale
- Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar monthly paid media budgets
- Strong expertise in subscription-based D2C or performance-driven digital products
- Deep knowledge of paid platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest
- Experience building centralized UA structures, processes, and performance frameworks
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams of 5–7+ professionals
- Advanced analytical skills with tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, and SQL
- Strong understanding of LTV:CAC models, attribution, and performance optimization
- Highly data-driven, commercially minded, and focused on ROI and scalability
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on leadership style with high accountability and execution focus
