Principal / Senior Product Manager, Local Market & Growth

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Principal / Senior Product Manager, Local Market & Growth in Brazil.

This role is focused on driving regional product strategy and growth across Latin America within a fast-scaling global crypto and fintech environment. You will own the end-to-end user trading journey for the region, shaping how users discover, onboard, trade, and engage with a leading digital trading platform. The position blends local market expertise with global product execution, requiring deep understanding of user behavior, regulatory dynamics, and competitive trends across LatAm. You will translate market insights into impactful product decisions that directly influence acquisition, retention, and trading activity. Working cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and marketing teams, you will define and deliver product initiatives that improve trading experiences at scale. This is a high-impact, data-driven role where experimentation and rapid iteration are core to success. You will play a key role in adapting a global platform to local user needs while driving measurable growth outcomes.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and lead local market product strategy for Latin America, identifying key growth opportunities across user segments, trading behaviors, and regional fintech ecosystems
  • Own and optimize the full user trading journey across web and mobile, from onboarding and discovery to execution and post-trade analysis
  • Develop localized go-to-market and product strategies tailored to different trader profiles, including beginners, retail traders, and advanced users
  • Analyze user behavior, funnel performance, and market data to identify friction points and drive improvements in conversion, retention, and engagement
  • Prioritize and manage the regional product roadmap, balancing global platform capabilities with local market needs
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and marketing teams to deliver and iterate on product features
  • Translate market insights into scalable product initiatives that support regional growth and business objectives
  • Measure product impact using clear success metrics and continuously optimize based on performance data

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer-facing products within fintech, trading, crypto, or high-growth digital platforms
  • Strong understanding of trading ecosystems, user behaviors, and end-to-end trading workflows across mobile and web
  • Proven ability to translate local market insights and user research into actionable product strategies and roadmaps
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to validate hypotheses, prioritize features, and measure outcomes
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional leadership, aligning engineering, design, data, and business teams around shared goals
  • Strong product intuition with a track record of shipping impactful, user-loved products
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex product and technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
  • Experience working in fast-paced, globally distributed teams is highly valued
  • Spanish and/or Portuguese proficiency is a strong plus, especially for direct engagement in the LatAm market
  • Hands-on experience in trading (crypto, FX, or equities) or familiarity with technical analysis tools is a plus
