This is an impactful opportunity for an experienced HRBP who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys influencing business success through people strategy.

Accountabilities:
  • Partner with senior leadership to design and implement people strategies that support business growth and high-performance culture within GTM and underwriting teams.
  • Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning to ensure teams are structured for scalability and success.
  • Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback cycles, and development planning to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Support talent acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies for high-volume, performance-based environments.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Identify learning and development needs and collaborate with talent enablement teams to build relevant programs.
  • Guide organizational change initiatives, ensuring clear communication and smooth transitions across teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, including at least 3+ years supporting GTM or commercial functions.
  • Experience working in high-volume, performance-driven environments such as sales, underwriting, customer support, or collections.
  • Strong knowledge of performance-based incentive structures and workforce management practices.
  • Experience supporting organizations with 400–500+ employees in a global or distributed environment.
  • Strong understanding of Canadian and US employment laws and HR compliance practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities with a people-first mindset.
  • Experience with HR tools such as Lattice, Rippling, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, remote-first, and evolving environments.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package (CAD $165,000–$195,000 base salary + 12% bonus target)
  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Flexible time-off policy and paid parental leave
  • Remote-first work environment with flexibility across Canada
  • Retirement savings plan (RRSP match)
  • Wellness reimbursement and mental health support
  • Annual professional development budget and learning opportunities
  • Volunteering days and charitable donation matching
  • Inclusive and collaborative culture with strong focus on employee well-being
  • Opportunities to contribute to high-impact, mission-driven business growth
