This role sits at the intersection of strategic HR leadership and operational excellence within a global energy environment. The HR Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders across the Americas, helping shape and execute people strategies that directly support organizational performance and transformation. This position plays a key role in aligning workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement with broader business objectives. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making on complex people matters, change management, and organizational design. - Partner with HR leadership and operations teams to design and implement the regional people strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and operational goals.
- Provide expert HR guidance to managers on people management, employee relations, organizational change, and workforce planning.
- Support the execution of talent acquisition, succession planning, learning and development, and engagement initiatives across the region.
- Drive HR analytics and reporting, tracking key metrics to inform decision-making and identify improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across stakeholders, including leadership teams, HR Centers of Excellence, and external partners.
- Lead or contribute to HR projects, workshops, and initiatives that enhance organizational capability and employee experience.
- 5+ years of experience in HR advisory or HR business partner roles within complex, fast-paced, or multinational environments.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, employee relations, and workforce planning strategies.
- Proven experience supporting organizational change, talent management, and leadership development initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics and data to drive decisions and improvements.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications (PHR/SHRM) are a plus.
