This role acts as a strategic HR partner supporting multiple business units in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
You will work closely with managers and leaders to translate business priorities into effective people strategies.
The position focuses on improving employee engagement, performance, retention, and overall employee experience.
You will leverage data-driven insights to identify risks, guide decision-making, and strengthen talent outcomes.
Operating as a trusted advisor, you will support complex employee relations cases and organizational challenges.
This remote role offers the opportunity to influence culture and talent practices across a diverse workforce while collaborating with senior leadership.
- Act as a strategic HR partner for assigned business units, supporting end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and exits.
- Support and implement key talent programs such as performance management cycles, compensation reviews, engagement surveys, and learning & development initiatives.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, and team effectiveness.
- Use data and business insights to identify trends, recommend solutions, and improve engagement and retention outcomes.
- Collaborate with leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
- Support complex employee relations matters, including investigations and escalation of sensitive issues when needed.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external experts (e.g., employment counsel) to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field; SHRM certification is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.
- Strong background in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth or entrepreneurial environments.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication, coaching, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Solid understanding of employment law and HR compliance (U.S. knowledge required; global exposure is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
