In this role, you will act as a key connector between people strategy and day-to-day business execution, ensuring managers and teams are supported through effective, consistent, and compliant HR practices. You will play a critical role in shaping employee experience by advising leaders on sensitive people matters and driving strong employee relations practices across the organization. You will also contribute to building a healthy workplace culture by identifying trends, surfacing insights, and improving people processes. This is a high-impact role where your expertise will directly influence leadership capability and employee experience.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and manage end-to-end employee relations cases, including performance issues, workplace conflicts, investigations, accommodations, and terminations.
  • Partner with Legal and HR leadership to resolve complex or high-risk people matters in a compliant and consistent manner.
  • Provide real-time coaching and advisory support to managers on employee relations and performance management situations.
  • Translate company-wide HR and engagement programs into local execution aligned with business needs.
  • Support the delivery of performance cycles, compensation processes, and engagement initiatives across business teams.
  • Identify patterns in employee relations cases and surface emerging organizational risks or trends.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to HR leadership and business stakeholders to improve team health and effectiveness.
  • Strengthen manager capability through coaching, guidance, and practical support in people management.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, People Partner, HR Business Partner, or Employee Relations roles with ownership of complex ER cases.
  • Strong experience managing employee relations matters, including investigations, performance management, terminations, and workplace conflict resolution.
  • Solid understanding of U.S. employment law principles, compliance standards, and risk mitigation practices.
  • Proven ability to coach managers through sensitive employee situations with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
  • Experience partnering with Legal teams, HR leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders on complex people matters.
  • Ability to identify workforce trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations for leaders.
  • Experience supporting core HR programs such as performance management, compensation cycles, and engagement initiatives.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in distributed or global organizations and within technology environments is a strong asset.
Benefits:
  • Remote-first work environment with flexible working arrangements.
  • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package (details provided by employer).
  • Paid time off, including company wellness days and volunteer time off.
  • Parental leave and family-friendly policies supporting work-life balance.
  • Health and wellness support, including mental health resources and employee assistance programs.
  • Opportunities to work in a globally recognized, innovation-driven technology organization.
  • Inclusive and diverse workplace culture with employee resource and engagement groups.
  • Learning, development, and growth opportunities in a fast-evolving HR and technology environment.
