In this role, you will act as a key connector between people strategy and day-to-day business execution, ensuring managers and teams are supported through effective, consistent, and compliant HR practices. You will play a critical role in shaping employee experience by advising leaders on sensitive people matters and driving strong employee relations practices across the organization. The environment is fast-paced, global, and highly collaborative, requiring both strategic awareness and hands-on execution. You will support the translation of company-wide HR programs into meaningful local impact while helping leaders strengthen team engagement and performance. A significant part of your work will involve managing complex employee relations cases and mitigating organizational risk. You will also contribute to building a healthy workplace culture by identifying trends, surfacing insights, and improving people processes. This is a high-impact role where your expertise will directly influence leadership capability and employee experience.
- Own and manage end-to-end employee relations cases, including performance issues, workplace conflicts, investigations, accommodations, and terminations.
- Partner with Legal and HR leadership to resolve complex or high-risk people matters in a compliant and consistent manner.
- Provide real-time coaching and advisory support to managers on employee relations and performance management situations.
- Translate company-wide HR and engagement programs into local execution aligned with business needs.
- Support the delivery of performance cycles, compensation processes, and engagement initiatives across business teams.
- Identify patterns in employee relations cases and surface emerging organizational risks or trends.
- Provide insights and recommendations to HR leadership and business stakeholders to improve team health and effectiveness.
- Strengthen manager capability through coaching, guidance, and practical support in people management.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, People Partner, HR Business Partner, or Employee Relations roles with ownership of complex ER cases.
- Strong experience managing employee relations matters, including investigations, performance management, terminations, and workplace conflict resolution.
- Solid understanding of U.S. employment law principles, compliance standards, and risk mitigation practices.
- Proven ability to coach managers through sensitive employee situations with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Experience partnering with Legal teams, HR leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders on complex people matters.
- Ability to identify workforce trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations for leaders.
- Experience supporting core HR programs such as performance management, compensation cycles, and engagement initiatives.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in distributed or global organizations and within technology environments is a strong asset.
