You will play a pivotal role in improving lead management, campaign execution, attribution, reporting, and overall funnel performance in a highly collaborative and remote-first environment.
- Lead and optimize the marketing operations ecosystem, including lead management, campaign operations, automation, attribution, reporting, and data governance.
- Design and implement scalable processes that support efficient marketing execution and long-term organizational growth.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and Data teams to improve funnel performance and operational alignment.
- Manage marketing automation and CRM workflows, including lead scoring, lead routing, segmentation, lifecycle management, and nurture programs.
- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance metrics that provide actionable insights into campaigns, pipeline generation, and return on investment.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, and business impact.
- Ensure data quality, attribution accuracy, and operational readiness to support experimentation, optimization, and growth initiatives.
- Build and document best practices, operational standards, and repeatable processes that enable consistent execution across teams.
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize marketing technologies and third-party tools that improve productivity and performance.
- Drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders through clear communication, operational transparency, and shared performance visibility.
- Support the modernization of go-to-market systems using automation, AI-driven workflows, and scalable operational frameworks.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Demand Generation Operations, or a related function within a B2B SaaS environment.
- 4+ years of leadership experience managing, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
- Proven experience transforming or rebuilding marketing operations and go-to-market systems in a high-growth organization.
- Deep expertise with HubSpot, including lead scoring, routing, lifecycle management, campaign operations, and workflow automation.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, attribution models, funnel analytics, and reporting infrastructure.
- Experience managing large-scale lead databases and designing processes that support high-volume lead management with accuracy and efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to balance long-term systems architecture with short-term business priorities and rapid execution needs.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience evaluating campaign performance, conversion metrics, pipeline generation, and revenue attribution.
- Strong knowledge of automation technologies and AI-driven operational strategies that improve scalability and organizational effectiveness.
- Experience collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, and Data teams to achieve shared business objectives.
- Exceptional project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex operational concepts for diverse audiences.
- Ability to thrive in a remote, asynchronous work environment while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and delivering results.
