Accountabilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of existing crypto-native customer accounts with responsibility for retention, renewals, account health, and revenue growth.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers by serving as a senior commercial point of contact and leading regular business reviews.
  • Identify customer needs, expansion opportunities, and cross-selling opportunities across a broad suite of blockchain infrastructure solutions.
  • Develop account strategies to transform single-product customers into multi-product partnerships through targeted value propositions.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities across crypto-native organizations in the Americas and beyond.
  • Own the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing new customer relationships.
  • Partner with marketing teams to execute outbound strategies and leverage industry relationships to generate new opportunities.
  • Attend relevant blockchain and digital asset industry events, preparing meetings and managing follow-up activities to drive pipeline growth.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity tracking, forecasting, and sales activity reporting.
  • Collaborate with technical account managers, product teams, customer success teams, and other stakeholders to ensure customer commitments are aligned and achievable.
  • Monitor account health indicators, identify risks early, and develop proactive strategies to protect revenue.
Requirements:
  • 2–5 years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience within crypto, blockchain, fintech, or related technology markets.
  • Direct experience selling blockchain infrastructure solutions such as staking services, dedicated nodes, RPC/API products, DeFi platforms, earn products, or crypto custody solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage existing customer accounts, drive renewals, expand revenue, and acquire new business in a B2B technology environment.
  • Familiarity with crypto-native customer segments such as exchanges, custodians, protocol foundations, VC-backed projects, asset managers, or Web3 platforms.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain infrastructure, including staking concepts, node operations, APIs, and decentralized finance technologies.
  • Ability to communicate technical solutions effectively with executive and technical stakeholders, including CTOs, infrastructure leaders, product leaders, and CEOs.
  • Awareness of digital asset market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics across blockchain infrastructure categories.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with a multi-product mindset and the ability to identify broader customer opportunities.
  • High ownership mentality with strong organizational skills, pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and CRM proficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage executive conversations and build trusted relationships.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms is preferred.
  • Existing relationships within crypto-native ecosystems and previous experience at a blockchain infrastructure company are strong advantages.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary range of $125,000 – $165,000 USD per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, location, and internal equity considerations.
  • Competitive on-target earnings structure with additional variable compensation opportunities.
  • Equity compensation package.
  • Fully remote work opportunity for candidates located anywhere in the United States.
  • Comprehensive health benefits coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan.
