The Senior Strategic Planning and Operations Consultant will serve as a key connector between strategic vision and operational execution, helping teams translate business priorities into measurable outcomes. This role combines strategic thinking, operational discipline, and cross-functional collaboration to improve alignment and accelerate delivery. Your contributions will help shape how teams execute priorities and deliver value through technology-driven solutions.

Accountabilities:
  • Drive the development and execution of strategic objectives and key results (OKRs), ensuring alignment with enterprise goals, business priorities, and technology initiatives.
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes that enable effective execution.
  • Serve as an integration partner across technology teams, connecting leaders and stakeholders to coordinate initiatives, manage dependencies, and address operational challenges.
  • Support leadership reporting and decision-making by tracking progress, highlighting achievements, identifying risks, and surfacing opportunities for improvement.
  • Help mature operational frameworks and processes to improve team effectiveness, collaboration, and long-term scalability.
  • Gather insights from execution activities and incorporate learnings into future strategic planning and goal-setting processes.
  • Develop and promote innovative approaches for defining, executing, and measuring progress against strategic priorities.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication and ensure teams remain aligned with shared objectives.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in strategic planning, operations, business transformation, technology strategy, or related consulting roles.
  • Strong ability to connect strategic objectives with practical execution plans and measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience managing complex initiatives involving multiple teams, stakeholders, and competing priorities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret information, identify patterns, and support data-driven decisions.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes, enterprise strategies, prioritization frameworks, and business planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and build strong relationships across functions and leadership levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present insights, recommendations, and progress updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing ambiguity and driving continuous improvement.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary range of $70,100 to $121,475, based on experience, qualifications, and location.
  • Fully remote work opportunity with occasional travel to an office location for team meetings and collaboration.
  • Comprehensive technology setup, including laptop, monitors, headset, keyboard, and mouse.
  • Monthly connectivity reimbursement to support remote work expenses.
  • Supportive remote work environment with flexibility and autonomy.
  • Opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives that influence technology operations and organizational growth.
  • Professional environment focused on innovation, collaboration, and continuous development.
