This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Coordinator, Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Agency based in United States.

This role is an opportunity to build foundational project management skills while supporting impactful healthcare and pharmaceutical initiatives.
You will help coordinate projects from launch through completion, ensuring timelines, workflows, budgets, and deliverables stay organized and on track.

Accountabilities:

The Project Coordinator will support the successful execution of healthcare and pharmaceutical agency projects by coordinating workflows, maintaining project visibility, and helping teams deliver high-quality work. This role requires strong organization, collaboration, and attention to detail while developing essential project management capabilities.

  • Support daily project activities including timelines, status updates, project routing, and operational tracking.
  • Assist project managers and account teams in coordinating deliverables, priorities, and team communications.
  • Help manage project setup, tracking, and reporting using project management tools and systems.
  • Support budget monitoring and reporting activities while partnering with project, account, and finance teams.
  • Assist with scheduling and facilitating project kickoff meetings, status meetings, and internal discussions.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and help ensure workflows follow established processes.
  • Communicate project updates, resource needs, and potential challenges with guidance from senior team members.
  • Support risk identification and escalation by observing project progress and helping teams develop solutions.
  • Learn agency frameworks, client requirements, healthcare industry processes, and regulatory considerations.
  • Participate in mentorship, training, and professional development opportunities to strengthen project management skills.
  • Promote a collaborative team culture focused on accountability, quality, and client service.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an organized and motivated professional who enjoys coordinating teams, learning new processes, and supporting complex projects. They should demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business, or a related field preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience working in a professional environment preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or related industries is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across diverse teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Mac operating systems.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools, workflows, and project management processes.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
