The Director, New Partner Success will own the end-to-end success journey of newly integrated partner firms, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring alignment between business goals, operational priorities, and long-term growth objectives. This role requires strong relationship management, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive outcomes across multiple stakeholders.
- Participate in pre-acquisition diligence by assessing cultural alignment, operational readiness, integration complexity, and long-term partnership potential.
- Support transition planning by developing firm-specific success plans, identifying retention risks, and establishing priorities before partnership completion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partner firms throughout the integration journey and beyond.
- Build trusted relationships with firm principals, advisors, and leadership teams to understand goals, challenges, and growth opportunities.
- Coordinate onboarding activities, introductions, operating routines, and integration milestones across internal teams and partner organizations.
- Own post-transition value creation plans, including growth initiatives, business improvements, capability adoption, and synergy opportunities.
- Monitor firm performance through key metrics related to growth, client retention, financial outcomes, engagement, and integration progress.
- Identify risks proactively and lead resolution efforts before issues impact business performance or relationships.
- Facilitate business reviews, gather partner feedback, and provide insights that improve future integration strategies.
- Collaborate with leadership teams across operations, marketing, people, finance, and specialized advisory functions to deliver successful outcomes.
- Develop reporting, processes, and playbooks that improve the scalability of partner success programs.
- Contribute strategic insights from partner relationships to support broader organizational decisions and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate is an experienced relationship leader with strong commercial instincts, operational discipline, and the ability to navigate complex business transitions. Success requires a combination of advisory industry knowledge, stakeholder management skills, and a builder mindset.
- 10+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, management consulting, business operations, or senior relationship management roles.
- Experience working directly with business owners, founders, executives, or senior professional stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of advisory firms, professional services organizations, or similar client-focused businesses preferred.
- Proven ability to drive commercial outcomes, manage strategic relationships, and influence decision-makers.
- Experience with organizational change, mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or business transformations is highly valuable.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present clearly to executives and navigate sensitive conversations.
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build credibility quickly with experienced professionals.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain structure, and execute effectively in an evolving environment.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to connect individual business challenges to broader organizational opportunities.

- Competitive base salary range of $125,000–$150,000 USD, with eligibility for incentive compensation.
