The Senior Lead Solutions Architect will own the success of complex customer migration engagements, ensuring technical excellence, strong stakeholder alignment, and successful platform transitions.
- Lead end-to-end migration projects, managing technical delivery, project health, timelines, and successful go-live outcomes.
- Partner with customer-facing teams to align migration strategies with business objectives, growth opportunities, and long-term value creation.
- Build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders, translating complex migration challenges into clear recommendations and decisions.
- Develop delivery plans focused on key milestones, risk management, and customer readiness.
- Facilitate enablement sessions to prepare customer teams for successful adoption of new platforms.
- Drive the use of AI agents, automation frameworks, and migration tools to improve efficiency and accelerate delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with global engineering and delivery teams while maintaining accountability for quality and outcomes.
- Work closely with product teams to share customer insights and contribute to platform improvements.
- Identify opportunities to optimize platform capabilities and improve migration scalability.
- Provide technical leadership during critical migration phases, including incident response and production cutovers.
- Monitor technology trends and recommend solutions that improve performance, stability, and long-term platform success.
The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise, enterprise consulting experience, and strong communication skills to guide customers through complex cloud transformations.
- 8+ years of experience in professional services, customer success, technical consulting, or related fields, with a focus on large-scale platform migrations.
- Strong expertise in at least one major cloud domain, such as Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud, CPQ/Billing, or Tableau.
- Advanced knowledge of CRM platforms, including core Sales and Service Cloud capabilities or specialized cloud solutions.
- Proven ability to lead complex transformation initiatives and demonstrate measurable business value.
- Experience managing global delivery models and collaborating with distributed or offshore engineering teams.
- Ability to communicate complex architectures and technical concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools, automation solutions, prompt engineering, or AI-assisted delivery approaches.
- Understanding of integrations involving cloud platforms, third-party data sources, telephony systems, and customer portals.
- Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Preferred certifications include relevant platform consulting certifications, cloud specialization credentials, AI certifications, or architecture-related qualifications.
- Previous experience leading large-scale, multi-million-dollar transformation programs is highly valued.
- Competitive base salary range depending on location:
- British Columbia-based roles: CAD 92,600 to CAD 240,400 annually.
- Ontario-based roles: CAD 92,600 to CAD 142,600 annually.
