Enterprise Success Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Enterprise Success Analyst based in Canada.

You will work closely with enterprise customers and internal teams to ensure measurable value, operational excellence, and long-term success.

Accountabilities:

As an Enterprise Success Analyst, you will support customer success initiatives by analyzing performance, managing relationships, and helping enterprise clients maximize the value of technology solutions. You will serve as a bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring effective communication, continuous improvement, and successful outcomes.

  • Partner with enterprise customers to understand their goals, challenges, workflows, and success metrics.
  • Analyze customer data and operational insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Support customer adoption strategies to ensure effective use of solutions and achievement of desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including product, operations, and customer-facing stakeholders to resolve issues and improve experiences.
  • Monitor customer performance indicators and communicate actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and insights that support strategic customer conversations.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and customer engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders and serve as a trusted partner throughout the customer journey.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by collecting feedback and translating insights into meaningful actions.
  • Contribute to scaling customer success practices in a fast-growing technology environment.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and customer-focused professional who enjoys solving complex problems, working with data, and collaborating across teams. You should be comfortable operating in a dynamic environment where healthcare, technology, and business operations intersect.

  • Experience in customer success, business analysis, operations, consulting, healthcare technology, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers or cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand business processes and translate customer needs into practical solutions.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with distributed teams.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
  • Interest in healthcare technology, operational transformation, and improving patient outcomes is highly valued.
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, or healthcare operations is a plus.
