  • Partner with research teams to uncover customer behaviors, shopping patterns, and evolving needs, translating insights into actionable design strategies.
  • Advocate for journey-based, principle-driven design approaches and mentor teams on creating cohesive experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Brand, Data Science, and Research teams to deliver impactful customer experiences.
Requirements

The ideal candidate is an experienced design leader with a strong background in consumer digital products, experience strategy, and complex multi-touchpoint journeys. • 15+ years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products and experiences across web and mobile platforms.

  • Deep expertise across multiple design disciplines, including UX/product design, content design, visual design, design strategy, and research.

  • Proven ability to partner with product and business leaders to define strategies, create concepts, and guide teams through execution.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations, frameworks, and strategic narratives.
  • Experience navigating ambiguous environments and aligning multiple stakeholders around shared product visions.
