This role offers the opportunity to shape how sales teams learn, collaborate, and execute by creating scalable enablement strategies that directly impact business growth. As a key partner to sales leadership and cross-functional teams, you will design programs, resources, and processes that improve seller productivity and strengthen revenue performance. You will help transform sales strategies into practical tools, training experiences, and workflows that enable teams to succeed. Working in a remote and globally connected environment, you will collaborate with experts across sales, marketing, operations, alliances, and product teams. This position is ideal for an experienced enablement professional who combines strategic thinking, strong communication, and operational excellence. You will play a critical role in building a consistent, data-driven sales culture and supporting long-term organizational success
- Develop and manage comprehensive sales enablement programs tailored to different sales roles, including onboarding, training, continuous learning, and productivity initiatives.
- Create scalable learning experiences through self-paced courses, asynchronous content, micro-learning resources, and manager coaching materials.
- Translate sales methodologies, processes, and strategies into practical tools, templates, playbooks, and field-ready resources.
- Own the full enablement content lifecycle, including the creation, organization, maintenance, and retirement of sales materials such as pitch decks, proposals, and competitive positioning assets.
- Partner with internal subject matter experts to ensure enablement resources remain accurate, relevant, and aligned with business priorities.
- Lead adoption initiatives for sales technologies, CRM platforms, AI-enabled tools, and productivity solutions through training programs, communications, and user guidance.
- Establish and track enablement metrics related to adoption, knowledge growth, seller performance, and business impact.
- Collaborate with sales operations teams to analyze data, gather feedback, and continuously improve enablement strategies and programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Operations, Learning & Development, or a similar function.
- Proven experience building and delivering sales training, onboarding programs, and enablement initiatives within a service-based consulting organization; experience in a Microsoft partner environment is highly preferred.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines effectively.
- Experience working with CRM platforms, sales technologies, learning management systems, and digital enablement tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to improve business processes and outcomes.
- Knowledge of modern sales methodologies, qualification frameworks, CRM analytics, or AI-powered sales productivity tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with global teams.
- Competitive base salary range of CAD $80,000 – CAD $120,000.
