  • Apply strong judgment and analytical thinking to evaluate claim information and determine appropriate next steps.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate has experience handling property claims and brings strong communication, analytical, and customer service skills. You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities while applying insurance knowledge and sound judgment in a remote environment.

  • 1–2 years of relevant claims advisor or property claims handling experience.
  • Previous insurance industry experience, with knowledge of property and/or automobile claims preferred.
  • Strong understanding of insurance policies, claim investigation processes, and settlement practices.
  • Ability to analyze complex information, identify key details, and make well-informed decisions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage sensitive situations professionally.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
