Job description:

Cavalry Construction & Restoration has an immediate opportunity for a full-time Reconstruction Sales and Estimating professional who is a highly motivated and ambitious. This position is open to both entry level and experienced individuals. The ideal candidate must have a professional appearance, natural sales personality and be eager to create and maintain relationships with insurance professionals and property management companies. Additional qualities for candidate are having keen attention to detail, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a team environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Generate new leads and maintain relationships with existing clientsAccept leads from third party program vendorsInspect prospective projects, scoping the work and generation of an estimate, which is typically completed in an estimating platform (Xactimate).Budget and manage residential and commercial reconstruction projectsMonitor customer satisfaction from initial contact to completion of the projectAbility to work under pressure and on timelinesAttend industry related Marketing EventsExperience and Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Construction Industry preferredInsurance Reconstruction experience is preferred but not requiredXactimate estimating software experience REQUIREDProven track record and personality for salesExcellent verbal and written skillsMS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Compensation package includes base salary, commission schedule, health benefits, 401(K), automobile allowance and paid vacation.
