About the role

The Associate Brand Manager supports the development and execution of brand strategies, marketing initiatives, and product innovation programs for Naterra brands. This role partners closely with Brand Management, Product Development, Creative, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to bring products and marketing programs to market while helping drive business growth.

The Associate Brand Manager serves as a key contributor in translating consumer insights, category trends, and business performance data into actionable recommendations. This role manages cross-functional projects, supports annual planning activities, and helps ensure brand initiatives are executed on time and in alignment with strategic objectives.+

What you'll do

  • Support the development and execution of brand strategies, marketing plans, and innovation initiatives that drive growth and strengthen brand equity.
  • Analyze brand performance, retailer trends, competitive activity, and category dynamics to identify opportunities and business recommendations.
  • Evaluate consumer behavior, market trends, and emerging insights to support strategic decision-making and innovation development.
  • Assist in annual brand planning, business reviews, forecasting activities, and ongoing performance management.
  • Collaborate with Product Development teams to support new product development projects from concept through launch.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with Creative teams and agency partners to develop packaging, marketing materials, digital content, and promotional assets.
  • Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that deliver a positive consumer experience and achieve brand objectives.
  • Work closely with Sales teams to develop presentations, retailer programs, product launch materials, promotional tools, and sell-in support resources.
  • Manage project timelines, trackers, and launch plans while communicating status updates and key milestones to stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analyses, and post-launch evaluations to identify opportunities and apply learnings to future initiatives.
  • Monitor marketing program effectiveness and campaign performance against established objectives and KPIs.
  • Support budget management, forecasting, and tracking of marketing and project expenditures.
  • Maintain brand documentation, marketing assets, project records, and business reporting tools.
  • Build strong partnerships across Brand Marketing, Product Development, Creative, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to drive successful execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 2–4 years of experience in brand management, marketing, category management, sales, consumer products, or related business functions.
  • Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), beauty, personal care, or related consumer product industries preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience managing projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools.
  • Experience utilizing consumer, retailer, syndicated, or market data to support business decisions preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
  • Comfortable working onsite full-time in a traditional office environment.
