Job Description
Twin Peaks is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support national and local marketing initiatives across our growing system of lodges. This role is critical in driving execution across campaigns, promotions, partnerships, and in-lodge marketing efforts, while supporting the CMO and Senior Directors on key initiatives and day-to-day marketing operations.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and brings a strong mix of creativity, operational discipline, and communication skills. This individual will work cross-functionally with internal teams, franchise partners, and agency partners to ensure seamless execution and brand consistency.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign & Promotion Execution- Support the development and rollout of national marketing campaigns, LTOs, and promotional calendars
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals across internal teams and agency partners
- Assist in building and distributing marketing toolkits to support field execution
- Act as a liaison between Marketing and lodge-level operators for LSM requests and initiatives
- Help evaluate and track LSM efforts to ensure alignment with brand standards and ROI expectations
- Support execution of market-specific campaigns, events, and partnerships
- Assist with CRM initiatives including email campaigns, segmentation, and offer deployment
- Support updates across digital platforms including online ordering, listings management, and reputation channels
- Coordinate with agency partners on paid media, social, and digital campaign execution
- Help manage day-to-day communication with external partners including creative, media, PR, and print vendors
- Track deliverables, timelines, and invoicing to ensure alignment with budgets and deadlines
- Assist in maintaining organized records of campaigns, assets, and vendor communications
- Coordinate development and distribution of in-lodge marketing materials including promo papers, POS, and signage
- Ensure materials align with brand standards and are delivered on time to support campaign launches
- Work with cross-functional teams to align marketing materials with operational capabilities
- Track campaign performance and assist in compiling recaps and insights
- Monitor key metrics including traffic drivers, offer redemption, and engagement
- Support data-driven decision-making by maintaining organized reporting dashboards
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Fishbowl/Personica)
- Experience with digital marketing channels including paid social and email
- Working knowledge of tools like Canva, PicMonkey, JotForm, or project management platforms
- Interest in sports, hospitality, and experiential marketing
