We're Hiring: Day Porter (Full-Time)

📍 Moor Hall Hotel & Spa, Sutton Coldfield
🕒 37.5 hours per week over 5 days (flexibility required for daytime, evenings & weekends)

⭐ What You'll Be Doing:

As a Day Porter, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our day-to-day operations and guest experiences run smoothly. This is a varied and active role that requires someone reliable, hands-on, and with a positive, can-do attitude.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying, walking, and standing for extended periods.

· Good communication and customer service skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Respond promptly to guest inquiries and ensure their needs are met with a friendly and professional attitude.

· Provide support to other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

· Assist with setting up tables, chairs, and equipment for hotel events, conferences, or meetings.

· Be on hand to provide support to the events team, ensuring guests have everything they need during functions.
