Job Description
AG Hotels Group is looking for an experienced housekeeper for Lakeside Haydock Hotel in St. Helens, someone who can also multi- task occasionally across other departments.
You would be responsible for following activities on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring that Bedrooms and common areas are cleaned in accordance with standard operating procedures
Ensuring any maintenance issues are promptly reported and resolved with the help of maintenance team
Serving food to the inhouse guests will be a part of this role too
Monitoring cleaning supplies and ordering more as needed
Follow all health and safety practices
Any other reasonable work as assigned by the management
Prerequisites
Prior experience in a cleaning role will be preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques.
Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines.
Flexibility to work different shifts, weekends and bank holidays
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
The candidate will be required to work weekends and bank holidays as per the business needs.
