Supporting the wider resort team to ensure guests have an enjoyable stay
You will be required to work 4–5 days per week, scheduled in advance, including weekends and occasional evenings on a rota basis. During peak trading periods this will average 35–40 hours per week, with shorter shifts during quieter periods. Your shifts will usually fall on the same days each week, although occasional flexibility may be required.
You will be provided with:
Full training and induction to the company, including standards, brand values, processes, safe working practices and guest services
A full uniform suitable for spring, summer and autumn work
You will be self-motivated, reliable and committed to delivering excellent standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Supported by the Resort Duty Hosts, your primary focus will be to ensure accommodation and facilities are maintained to our high standards, helping to create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all guests. This is a hands-on and physically active role, involving housekeeping, cleaning and accommodation changeovers.
Previous housekeeping or customer-facing experience would be advantageous, but experience is not essential, as full training will be provided.
