Job Purpose

About Us
Cotswold Farm Park is a vibrant destination, home to over 50 rare breeds of animals and welcoming up to 2,500 visitors daily. Our site includes a variety of attractions:
Visitor facilities such as play areas, WCs (including a Changing Places room), multiple food outlets, a visitor center with a restaurant, and a large shop.
Accommodation options, including 75 camping and touring pitches, 6 luxury lodges, 7 fully equipped safari tents, 3 glamping pods, and 2 premium shepherd's huts.
Our mission is to provide exceptional experiences for our visitors. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining our high standards, ensuring cleanliness and presentation across all areas.
About the Role
This is an important role in the smooth and effective operation of the business, covering both indoor and outdoor areas. You will assist in housekeeping and cleaning operations, as part of the seasonal Site Services Team. Responsibilities include:
Housekeeping
Completing housekeeping, glamping, and lodge turnovers.
Handling the setup and closure of pop-up and seasonal glamping tents.
Cleaning
Vacuuming, Sweeping, Mopping and other floorcare around the park and accommodation areas.
Cleaning and servicing toilets, shower blocks, disabled changing and baby changing facilities.
Emptying bins and removing litter from site.
Cleaning allocated public areas during the day in order that the presentation of the site is kept to a high standard.
Using light machinery (leaf blowers, floor scrubbers) where required.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
Has some experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role.
Is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Is flexible to undertake a variety of roles within the Site Services Team.
Works well in a busy fast paced environment.
Wants to learn and be part of a team.
Understands health and safety protocols and prioritises a safe working environment.
Possesses excellent attention to detail and an energetic positive, proactive attitude.
Job Information
Hours: Part time seasonal – opportunities on a flexible approach to cover business needs over 7 days with various hours are available for the right candidate.
Expected hours will be between 15 and 40 per week.
Salary: £11.50 - £12.50 per hour depending on experience
Location: Due to our rural location, reliable personal transport is essential.
