AG Hotels is seeking an experienced Room Attendant to join our team at the Crown Hotel , London This position involves physically demanding tasks that require strength and stamina.

You would be responsible for following activities on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that Bedrooms and common areas are prepared for guests in accordance with standard operating procedures

• Ensuring any maintenance issues are promptly reported and resolved with the help of maintenance team

• Monitoring cleaning supplies and ordering more as needed

• Assisting guests with any queries and complaints

• Leading yourself, your team and engaging in continuous professional development

• Any other reasonable work as assigned by the management

Prerequisites

• Stamina to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques.

• Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines.

• Flexibility to work in different environments, including indoors and outdoors.
