Accountabilities:

Requirements:
  • Previous leadership experience is preferred but not required; demonstrated potential to lead and support others is highly valued.
  • Experience in customer service, client relations, sales, or another people-focused environment is beneficial.
  • Strong verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, dependable, self-motivated, and capable of managing responsibilities independently.
  • Comfortable working remotely and using Zoom and other virtual collaboration platforms.
  • Positive, professional attitude with a genuine interest in helping clients and teammates succeed.
  • Strong growth mindset and willingness to learn through coaching, mentorship, and ongoing training.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams while maintaining personal accountability.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
