Recruiting Coordinator Part-time (Remote U.S.) at Uniguest – Nashville, Tennessee

Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Partner will support and drive recruitment efforts across the organization during a temporary period. This role partners directly with hiring managers to manage sourcing, screening, and selection activities while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. The position requires independent ownership of assigned requisitions and active collaboration with business leaders to meet hiring goals efficiently and compliantly.

Schedule

25-30 hours per week

Primary Responsibilities

Partner directly with hiring managers to lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles.Conduct intake meetings to clarify business needs, success profiles, and sourcing strategies.Develop and manage job postings, sourcing plans, and candidate pipelines.Screen, evaluate, and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and organizational fit.Provide consultative guidance to hiring managers on market conditions, candidate quality, and compensation alignment.Manage interview scheduling and ensure a professional, consistent candidate experience.Oversee offer development in partnership with HR and ensure smooth handoff to onboarding.Maintain accurate documentation and compliance within ADP Workforce Now (or applicable ATS).Ensure recruitment practices align with federal, state, and local employment laws.Track and communicate recruiting metrics and pipeline updates to leadership.Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience & Skills

• Proven experience leading full-cycle recruiting independently.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working directly with senior leaders.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to influence hiring decisions.
• Working knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements.
• Experience using ADP Workforce Now or comparable ATS/CRM systems.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions while maintaining quality and responsiveness.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to assess talent market competitiveness

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.4+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including direct hiring manager partnership.Demonstrated ability to independently manage recruitment strategy for multiple roles.
